One-Bowl Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

The best, super moist banana bread recipe that is simple to make in just one bowl and full of decadent chocolate chips!
Prep: 15 minutes plus cooling Bake: 1 hour 5 minutes Serves: 10
INGREDIENTS
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour plus additional for dusting
- 2 large eggs
- 3 very ripe bananas
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ⅓ cup plus 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray; dust bottom and sides of pan with flour.
- In large bowl, whisk eggs; add bananas and mash with fork spoon. Stir in sugar, oil, vanilla extract and salt. Sift flour and baking soda into egg mixture; stir until just combined. Fold in ⅓ cup chocolate chips; spread batter in prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips. Bake bread 1 hour 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
- Cool bread in pan on wire rack 10 minutes; run a small knife around edge of pan to loosen and invert onto rack to cool completely. Cut bread into 10 (¾-inch-thick) slices.
